Enjoyment for the Entire Family
This museum is continually renewing its exhibits and offers many
enjoyable events for the young, old, inquisitive, and for those who
just have a leisurely afternoon to spend and exercise their mind

amazing, Mineral collection is nice too
This is a very nice, small, science museum. They have a nice egg
collection from different species. The taxidermied animals are neat.

Hagley Museum and Library
Learned a lot about the Dupont family
This was a great place to spend half a day. The place includes a
museum, the home of 5 generations of Duponts, and the grounds of their
gunpowder plant. The place is beautiful,
Nemours Mansion and Gardens
A real treat with something for
everyone
I read about Nemours in an article in the Washington Post and decided
that seeing a $38 million dollar-renovated mansion sounded pretty
interesting. I delighted in seeing first-class art.
Delaware Agricultural Museum and Village

Cape Henlopen State Park
Historic Area (Fort Miles, observation
towers and Gun battery)
We visited on August 26; a beautiful clear day. We came specifically to
visit the Historic Area while vacationing at Rehoboth Beach.
Johnson Victrola Museum

This museum is great. A real walk back in time with a plethora of all
models and makes of Victrolas to listen to. Wonderful whirlwind horn

Funland
A hit with my seven-year old
Besides the beach, this is where my seven-year-old wanted to spend most
of her time in Rehoboth. When she's 14, I'm guessing it will bore her
silly though. The amusement park has lots of rides
Martha Marie Fishing Charters
Great Fishing Trip!
My family chartered the Martha Marie during our August, 2009 vacation
and had a blast. Captain Les knows where all of the best fishing holes
are. We caught flounder, a blowfish and a conch shell!
Grand Opera House
Cindy Lauper concert awesome
The Grand Opera house was beautiful and not a bad seat in the house to
see a concert. The sound was excellent and the attendants were very
friendly and helpful.
